Planned Communities

Brandywine Homes’ expertise extends beyond just developing and selling unique communities throughout Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside Counties. We also Master Plan larger parcels intended to create destination spots within a larger community. These Master Plans are carefully crafted in coordination with cities, redevelopment agencies, and multiple land-owners with a joint goal of creating something beneficial to all, including the surrounding areas. Some of these Master Planned communities are shown below.

The Garden District

Phase 1 of the Garden District is currently under development and is called Cambria.  For more information please visit Our Neighborhoods page and click on Cambria.

Renaissance Plaza
Renaissance Plaza will be comprised of two distinct residential villages. Palazzo, the first village, will be completed soon and will consist of 106 tri-level townhome units, including six distinctive live/work dwellings. Sienna, the community’s second village, will offer 39 single-family detached homes and 27 townhome units, including 16 live/work dwellings. Offering approximately 22 live/work units, Renaissance Plaza provides the space buyers need to realize their business goals in the comfort of a well-planned, innovative new home. And, because residents will live where they work and work whey they live, these live/work units eliminate the stress of commuting. Renaissance Plaza anticipates Orange County’s growing need for city-central housing. The community’s walkable design brings the best of commercial and residential neighborhoods together in one unique town center. Renaissance Plaza offers homebuyers and business owners a new, pedestrian-friendly community that blends commercial and residential space to create a vibrant city-centered atmosphere.

Magnolia Lane

Magnolia Lane was created in response for the need for multiple housing types in West Anaheim, CA. This need was fulfilled by implementing a land plan that incorporated 38 single-family detached houses and 76 tri-level townhome units into a seamless community surrounding a central “Village Green”. Prior usage of this land was a 124-unit single level apartment complex.
